Retainer:             $25 (studio session) / $50 (other location session) due at the time the session is  

                             booked.  This covers the session fee

           

                             A minimum purchase of $150 is required for each session photographed.

Cancellation Policy.  With the receipt of your retainer, Evergreen reserves that time and date and will not make other reservations for that time and date.  The retainer is forfeited unless you request to reschedule the session 24 hours in advance of the previously scheduled session.  The rescheduled time is a date and time that Evergreen Photography has available.

 

Photo Session.  Up to three (3) clothing changes are permitted during the session.  A children’s fantasy image is permitted but it must be requested when making the appointment.  Only one (1) children’s fantasy setup per session. 

 

Image Proofing.  All proofing and purchase of images will take place at the Studio of Evergreen Photography during an appointment scheduled after the photo session.  Digital proofing is done via projection.  No paper proofs will be made available. 

 

Cameras.  No cameras or recording devices shall be present at any session except those belonging to Evergreen

     

Basic Digital Retouching.  Basic digital retouching is included in the price of individual portraits ordered.  Examples of basic digital retouching are removing of under eye bags or softening, blemish removal (freckles or moles only on request) and wrinkle removal or softening.  More extensive digital services will be quoted per image.  Examples of an extensive digital service would be head swaps, image repositioning, or removal of braces.
